Started in 2017 by ex-shepherd Louis Madec, Saloirs De Louis selects and ages cheese from about 40 producers, mainly from the Bearn Valley in the Pyrenees. These cheeses are very true to the region and stand apart from their more industrial counterparts. Gourmet Imports is the sole importer of Saloirs De Louis into the United States.
