Rodolphe Le Meunier comes from a line of Loire Valley cheesemakers; his grandmother and father both made goat cheeses. Rodolphe and his sister Caroline now run the business. In 2007, Rodolphe won the Best International Cheesemonger title. His focus, history, and pallet are his tools of the trade that guide his selections and aging of great French cheeses.
