Sweet, fudge textured aged gouda style cheese from County Cork Ireland! Wheels are made from the milk of two local farms, and then aged for 8-10 months before they are selected by the Cheese Ninjas at Neal's Yard Dairy and aged for an additional 8-12 months in London until they taste like salted caramel.
