After internships at Cowgirl Creamery, Ticklemore, and Goat Lady Dairy, Sarah Marcus’ passion for cheesemaking led her to Yamhill County, Oregon. Briar Rose Creamery was built from the ground up in the hills above Dundee, and is surrounded by rivers, forests, farmland, and Pinot Noir vineyards. Everything is hand-made from start to finish to achieve the best flavor and texture, as well as highlight the seasonal qualities of their small batch cheeses.
