Woodlawn Creamery is located on the far west border of Vermont. They have been a working dairy for seven generations. Recently they took over the cheesemaking that was begun at Consider Bardwell Creamery. With the recipes for these award winning raw cows milk cheeses also came Leslie Goff Tyminski, the cheesemaker who literally grew up making this cheese. Leslie started at Consider Bardwell when she was just 15 years old and worked under the legendary cheesemaker Peter Dixon. Eventually Leslie became the creamery manager. Leslie returns to her cheeses after some time away at Springbrook Farm and Nettle Meadow Creamery. The cheese community is excited to see this new partnership spring to life!
