Produced from milk sourced from Amish farms, Prairie Breeze is a cheddar with an alpine edge.The Musser family’s roots go all the way back to the Anababtist formation in Switzerland –their family survived the repression of their Fief by producing delicious cheese and that tradition continues today.Yes, its block cheddar, but the profile is incredibly sweet and nutty. Aged 9 months, it tastes closer to 12, and melts like a dream.
