Ploughgate Creamery Salted Cultured Butter

Ploughgate Creamery Butter has been made by Marisa Mauro since 2014. Marisa has worked in small Vermont dairies since she was 15 years old. Her butter is cultured for 24 hours to add greater depth, flavor, and texture to the finished product. Marisa recently partnered with Maplebrook Farm to be able to produce more of her highly sought after butter and provide us with some to share.
