The award-winning Acetaia San Giacomo shines with its Red Wine vinegar made with 3 different Lambruscos. It is a live, unfiltered, unpasteurized vinegar processed traditionally with slow oxidation at natural temperatures in oak barrels and never diluted. Because there is no heat treatment, the aroma and fragrance of the wine is conserved and intensified. The higher acidity (7.8%) will decrease the amount needed in your recipes.
