Farmstead cow and goat milk triple crème, aged 2-3 weeks

Kunik is the ONLY farmstead produced triple crème in our entire selection! 80% goats’ milk and 20% Jersey cream make up a decadent little ball of butter encased in a mushroomy rind. While cheesemaker/ farmer Sheila Flannigan staggers her kidding, so she has milk year-round, we find that the cheeses coming up in summer have loads of bright flavors due to the lush midsummer foliage of the Adirondacks.
