The Burgundians have had the well merited reputation of being fine gourmets: A land of vineyards, Burgundy has always furnished the numerous mustard makers in Dijon with new wines and vinegars. Milled with traditional millstones and age-old techniques, using high quality raw materials (Brassica seed, verjus and spices), Fallot mustards are well known to be the very best.
