Creatively selected flavor bouquets, hand trimmed pork, and hand tied salami make their salami like no other, and provide a noticeable difference in character, flavor and quality. Lowry Hill Provisions produces both small caliber retail salami and large caliber salami, as well as a small selection of smoked whole muscle ham.
