Goat's milk, Geotrichum rind, aged 15 days

Kenne is made from 100% farmstead milk and aged in the style of a Piedmontese robiola. Bright, yeasty, and almost too easy to eat, this geotrichum rinded chevre is perfect any time of the year, but right now the texture and flavor is really at its best.
Tastes like petrichor and fresh dough.
