We have worked exclusively with Gourmino for 6-Month Gruyère for over a decade.
While most Gruyère on the market is bought and sold as a commodity, every wheel we receive comes from a single producer, Michael Spycher. We cut whole 75-pound wheels in house every week – to honor Michaels work and to ensure you have the best quality cheese to cook with or serve.
