Don Froylan Creamery was started in 2003 in Salem, Oregon. The Ochoa family had been making Queso Fresco since the 1990's when Don Foylan and his wife, Zoila, moved their family to Oregon. It was always their dream to open a commercial creamery. After Don passed, his family made the dream real and now produce some of the most authentic and highest quality Mexican cheese in the US.
