Delaware Fireball is a crepinette of pork, Calabrian chilies and Espellette Pepper wrapped by hand in Caul-fat. It is dry aged and cold-smoked over Hickory. The heat profile will enhance any fish, seafood or may be sliced on top of flat bread, for charcuterie plates, sandwiches, etc
