Chorizo El Rey

One of the newest creations from our friend Eli, owner & mas-ter Charcutier at Olympia Provisions is his interpretation of dry Spanish Chorizo which he calls “El Rey” (the king).
This delicious & spicy large format chorizo salami is made using select pork seasoned with salt, paprika, clove, and allspice.
