Brick Cheese Spread - Aged

The Widmer cheese plant has been owned and operated by the Widmer family since 1922. (100 years!) It has been the home to 3 generations of cheesemakers. Currently Joe (Master Cheesemaker) and his son Joey are running this very small, very traditional business just as it has been for over 100 years. They continue to make some of the most esteemed Brick, Cheddar, and Colby in the world today.
