Keith Adams making cheese
After studying under some of the greatest American producers at that time, cheesemaker Keith Adams opened Alemar Cheese Company in 2008. They've been making fabulous cheeses in Minnesota until just recently. In November 2024, Keith moved Alemar to Sabastopol, California, where he runs his other creamery, Wm. Cofield. The two creameries are now operating under the same roof, in Sebastopol, with Keith at the vat. More fabulous California cheese? Yes, please!
